This image makes me feel happy, it's clear that these two people aren't ashamed of their love and they aren't hiding it. They are able to share their love with the world and I adore that because I love to see love. I believe this picture is more romantic than assaulting. I cant see how it would be assaulting, it is a little much but it's still just two people expressing their love for each other openly and I don't see any shame in that.
